A 16-piece solid wooden castle set the foundation kit for fairy-tale and knight-castle architecture play. Heavy, satisfying pieces children can lift and arrange into the kind of castle that stays standing through hours of dramatic play: turrets, archways, windows, and wall sections in the proportions of a working medieval keep.

Pairs beautifully with Bauspiel sparkling stones, fairytale windows, and other Bauspiel building blocks for full small-world scenes. The castle that anchors the room’s story corner for years.

Educator notes: A flagship dramatic-play piece. Children invent kingdoms and quests around it for full sessions; the open architecture invites narrative without prescribing it. Combine with the Bauspiel Knight’s Castle Extension (6 pcs) to enlarge.

Specs: 16 large solid wooden pieces arches, turrets, windows, walls. Handcrafted in Germany by Bauspiel from sustainably sourced alder, finished with child-safe natural oil. Ages 3+.
